Rates

Rates are based on initial psychiatric evaluation, follow-up medication management, and psychotherapy.

Insurance

We accept the following insurance:
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ 
Cigna/Evernorth 
Aetna/Meritain Health
United Healthcare/Optum

Self-Payments

Initial psychiatric evaluation/Intake session: $300.
Follow-up medication management session: $200.

At the end of each appointment, you can be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. Please call your insurance company to inquire about your benefits as every insurance company is different and has different deductibles, reimbursement rates, and procedures for submitting claims.

Payment Methods

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged $50 missed session fee.
